Builders Clean and Sparkle Clean Service
Feel the Sparkle work on sites throughout South Wales. Near the end of a project, the site will require a thorough clean, generally under tight time constraints.
With strict timescales for completion and often last-minute changes to attend to, you can rest assured that everything is left in order by using our CSB Cleaning Team. And we can adapt to your schedule, as we are well aware that things can change at short notice.
You will be assigned a project manager who will oversee all works to ensure complete management of the cleaning service and a supervisor will be present on all jobs.
We will supply you with fully trained & insured staff that will use the relevant products and equipment for the job, they will also all wear uniform and safety clothing when working on site.
All our staff have received COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) training in the use and handling of the cleaning chemicals and fluids which may need to be used, and they will all have been briefed on risk assessment.
We take Health and Safety very seriously. Our standard practice includes:
- Site/contract specific risk assessments and method statements
- Induction and refresher training for all staff
- Regular health & safety audits
- Safe chemical purchasing policy. COSHH assessments
- Once the job is complete we will provide your site/project manager with a report of work undertaken

What is a Builders Clean?
It is a clean carried out after the building works are near completion, leaving the area fit for snagging and thereafter a Sparkle Clean.

It is a clean carried out once all the snagging is complete. We go back in to give the premises a final once over.
